The short version

DraftFort is built privacy-first. Every document you create — invoices and any other generator on this site — is built entirely inside your web browser. The information you type into a tool, and any logo or image you add, is never sent to or stored on our servers.

Don't just trust us — verify it

Most sites say they're private. Here are three ways you can confirm that DraftFort genuinely never uploads your documents:

1. Turn off your internet. Load any tool, then disconnect your Wi-Fi or mobile data and use it anyway — fill in an invoice, sign a PDF, download the result. It still works, because your document is processed entirely on your device. A site that uploaded your file couldn't do that.
2. Watch the network. Open your browser's developer tools (F12), go to the Network tab, and use a tool. You'll see your file is never sent anywhere — no upload request appears.
3. Read our security policy. View the page source and find the Content-Security-Policy. It includesconnect-src 'self', which instructs your browser to block this site from sending data to any other server. It's not a promise — the browser enforces it.

The only optional exception is our AI writing helper: if you click a "✨" button, the short piece of text you chose is sent to our own server to be rewritten. Your files are never involved, and the feature is entirely optional — every tool works fully without it.

Information we do not collect

• We do not require an account, login, or sign-up.
• We do not receive, see, or store the contents of your documents.
• We do not sell personal information.

Information stored on your own device

Some tools save your work in your browser's local storage so you don't lose it if you refresh the page. This data stays on your device and you can clear it at any time using your browser settings or a tool's "Reset" button.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate usage (such as how many people visit a page). These analytics do not track you across other websites and do not build an advertising profile of you.

Advertising

To keep these tools free, we may display ads from third-party networks such as Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can decline. Cookies

Essential functionality on this site works without advertising cookies. Any non-essential cookies (for example, those used by ad partners) are only set in line with your consent choice.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
