By using DraftFort (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Free to use

The tools on this Site are provided free of charge for your personal and business use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the documents you create.

No professional advice

The Site provides document templates and generators for convenience only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional.

"As is" — no warranty

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated documents will meet every legal or formatting requirement in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DraftFort and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any document created with it.

Documents you create, and your responsibility

DraftFort provides neutral, self-service tools. You supply all information and are the sole author of every document you generate. We do not review, verify, validate, or store the information you enter or the documents you create, and we take no part in how you use them. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and use of any document you create with the Site.

Fraud-sensitive document tools

The pay-stub tool is intended only for an employer, payer, or a person authorized by that employer or payer to prepare a statement from genuine payroll or payment records. It is not an identity verification, employment verification, income verification, payroll filing, tax filing, or payroll service product. DraftFort does not identify the user, contact the named employer, authenticate source records, or certify any generated statement.

If you use a fraud-sensitive tool, you must retain and review the underlying records, enter only accurate information, and comply with every applicable federal, state, local, tax, payroll, employment, and recordkeeping requirement. A generated document may not contain every field or disclosure required in your jurisdiction and is not a substitute for professional payroll or legal review.

Password-protected files

The Unlock PDF tool is provided only for a document that you own or are authorised by the rights holder to decrypt. You must supply a password accepted for the document. The tool is not a password-recovery, password- guessing, access-control bypass, digital-rights-management or forensic service. Removing encryption creates a new file and may invalidate digital signatures or change security properties; you are responsible for keeping and reviewing the original.

Prohibited uses

You agree that you will not use the Site or any document created with it to:

• create false, forged, inflated, or misleading documents — including but not limited to pay stubs, earnings statements, invoices, receipts, or agreements — that misrepresent income, employment, payment, or any other fact;
• deceive, defraud, or unlawfully induce any person or entity, including lenders, landlords, employers, insurers, or government agencies;
• impersonate any person or organization, or misuse another party's identity or information;
• remove, hide, alter, or misrepresent material information in order to make a document falsely appear authenticated, certified, independently verified, or issued by someone who did not issue it;
• decrypt, unlock or remove restrictions from a document without the permission of its owner or rights holder, or attempt to recover, guess, crack or bypass a password or other access control;
• violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; or
• disrupt, overload, or scrape the Site at scale.

Creating or using a fraudulent document can constitute a serious criminal offense. You alone bear responsibility and liability for any such use.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DraftFort and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the documents you create, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
